Honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others are values that are important to us at Down to Earth, as are the values of self help, self responsibility, democracy, equality and equity. Running this organisation as a Co-operative means that these values and ideals have been incorporated into the structure and processes established at the start.
Down to Earth Co-operative has been set up with the support and advice of Co-operative Futures in Gloucester which is under the umberella of Co-operatives UK.
